[LON-CAPA-users] uploaded DOCS show in NAV

I have a professor who uploaded his lecture notes to DOCS.  However,  
as a student, if I log in and go to DOCS, they're not there.  Instead  
they're at the bottom of the NAV section, after the Main Sequence.   
Can anyone explain to me why that is, and how to get them to display  
in DOCS?
