[LON-CAPA-users] Submission of answers not appearing

I have several students in a section of 25 that contend they have 
entered answers but the records do not indicate this.  I have logged in 
as the student and see that they have indeed submitted and gotten the 
answer correct but it does not appear in the reports for the section.  
Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it.
