I think under "student submission reports" you can pick "show all
submissions" and check all the problems you want the data for. If you have
limited the tries to one submission per student, then you can change the
foil names of the submission to a number (ex: a=1, b=2, etc) and use the
histogram function of excel to plot the number of 1's, 2's, etc.
However, there may be an easier way.

Is there some way to do detailed statistics at the folder/map level?
Basically, I would like an excel file that would, for each multiple choice
problem, provide the number of students who chose answer (a), the number of
students who chose answer (b), the number of students who chose answer (c),
etc. It would be great to get this as an excel file.
It appears as though "Detailed Problem Analysis" does exactly this, but for
one problem at a time. Is there a way to do the same for an entire folder.
