Authors have control over the default setting of any posible parameter
 for a problem.

the tags <parameter> and <responseparam> are there.

> Can resources like movies be PRTed?  What happens? 

If you just include the movie in the course the URL of the resource
is printed.

If it is a web page through:

 <a> it prints like any other link.

 <embed>/<object>  we hide it.
