Ray --  I use Mozilla, Firefox and IE when I am using windows.  I have 
to say that firefox works using the tools -->  options -->  web features 
like Martin said, but still it does weird things like if I have many 
windows open or I just ran a java app.  Then, the remote won't load and 
I have to close all windows and restart the applicaiton. 

This might be memory related.  Still, the student ought to be able to 
launch the remote if the system is idle.
