Hi Ray,

I am using it all the time.
I configured it under 

Tools -> Options -> Web Features

to allow dalton.chem.sfu.ca, lewis.chem.sfu.ca, nernst.chem.sfu.ca
to open poup windows. Otherwise I still have "Block Popup Windows"
checked.
