[LON-CAPA-users] decompress

Hi Mark,

I've seen this happen here at msu.  The comand is not not in www's 
default path lookup.  This should be fixed by 1.2.  I believe it is 
quick fix you can do yourself on your server and one of the developers 
can tell you what to do.  If you know how to edit a user's environment, 
you may be able to su to www and fix yourself. 

It works with tar files too.
