Either 

A) in DOCS, click the 'Hidden URL' Check box, and click set
   parameters.
   Then login as a student and notice the URL gone to is no longer
   /res/...
   but rather
   /enc/number/stuf.....

B) In PARM, there is an encrypturl parm now

C) In the Advanced RAT clcik 'Set Parameters' and look for the
encrypturl one.

Not currently.

Could be done though, would have some limitations but would be
possible.
