If you have these published so that they are domain limited then only
users that are in a role in that domain can see them.

Meaning if albertel@msu as author or CC in a msu course tries to
access them he will be denied.

However if albertel@msu as CC in a nau course or a student in a nau
course, or Co-Author on jim@nau tries to access them he will be
allowed.

So in order for Todd to see these examples you will need to add him to
a NAU role (say as a student in a course in nau)
