[LON-CAPA-users] lon-capa on a laptop?

Is it possible to run lon-capa on a laptop not connected to a network?
I'd like to be able to create and work on problems without necessarily 
being connected to the network. I seem to recall that it is not even 
possible to login unless the machine is in name service - is this still 
so?
