Hello,

I added a bunch of stuff to the LON-CAPA FAQ.  I also tried organizing
it a bit better.  From now on, if you need help, visit the FAQ at
http://help.lon-capa.org.  Make sure to read "Using LON-CAPA FAQ" even
if you are familiar with the system.
