I am indeed referring to the 'bighash' numbers, but I *think* that they
are both the same thing, so extracting the ID from the symbolic name
might work too.

Don't quote me on this because I'm not an expert on that symb stuff, but
I think that's how I recall it working while I was poking around in
bighash to write the nav stuff.
