Hi All,

version_0_5 tags have been moved

data will be updated to be on this version of 0.5 shortly, I will also
do a data sync of the s10 and data at the same time.

Things fixed in this version of 0.5:

-latest stats (should be fully functional now)
-groupsort error fix (can insert multiple resources into simple rat)
-lonparmset dropped patch (help button)
-latest lonserarchcat.pm (select button works on macs)
-latest lonspreadsheet (some error)
-template creation fixed
-loncapafiles.lpml fixes backported into a branch
-course documents button should no longer appear
