Dear Guy:
I am not sure if the latest sqltest.pl (called by ./TEST)
will now catch the problem you experienced on a LON-CAPA server.
I would be curious to know more about the problem.
Do you think it will be necessary to probe for mysqld in
the process tables, or will
/etc/rc.d/init.d/mysqld --status
be enough?
