Dear Martin:

In LON-CAPA, kirs.pl has been replaced with your
check-rpms.  kirs.pl is now cvs deleted.

I also merged your man-page into check-rpms by using
POD based on the instructions
at http://www.cpan.org/scripts/submitting.html

This is in CVS now.

The specification file loncapafiles.lpml was changed so that

* check-rpms is installed into /usr/local/bin/check-rpms
* the pod2man script builds a check-rpms.1 which is
  installed into /usr/local/man/man1/check-rpms.1
* the pod2html script builds a check-rpms.html page
  which is part of web accessible help
