[LON-CAPA-dev] upgrade.html - restart commands missing

Hi,

On the website
http://install.lon-capa.org/upgrade.html
There should be added that a restart of the webserver and loncontrol is
needed after having executed  ./UPDATE to be sure to activate the
changes.

I remember that someone recently just forgot this step and was confused
why the system didn't do what he expected.


And what's the mysterious third step?

"There are three steps for upgrading the software on your LON-CAPA
server."
followed by TWO steps...
