 - response.pm small change for scantron bubbling
 - log-in multiple times on various access server in various states is 
prevented by redirecting students to server they are already active on.
 - bug found and fixed on invalid session file when roles button was
clicked on when logging out.
 - only log-in routine creates a session file now.
 - still need to fix problem if log-in link is clicked several times
    quickly.
 - scantron bug with partial correctness found and fixed
 - memcache problems, workaround put in place

 - new wysiwyg editor added to LON-CAPA
