[LON-CAPA-dev] tag version_1_2_X frozen

Hi All, 

the tag version_1_2_X is now frozen.

To get any fixes included into future 1.1.99.X releases or 1.2.X
release, you'll need to tell me that you want the patch included.

Please send me a email seperate from the CVS commit message noting
what version of what file I need to backport.


For those of you working on the Concord stuff, feel free to start
committing the backlog of changes.
