[Lon-capa-dev] hosts.tab is static conf

Dear All:

1.
hosts.tab is static conf now.
This means it will overwrite your existing
/home/httpd/lonTabs/hosts.tab during
make install.

2.
cd loncom/build
make hosts_tab
is a great way to update just
hosts.tab
on  your machine
(you will of course need to
restart httpd and loncontrol)
