I sent an email to the lon-capa-admin list on July 15th reporting that install.loncapa.org was available again, so, yes, go ahead and run yum update, or re-enable the loncapa repos (if you had set enabled=0 in /etc/yum.conf or /etc/yum.repos.d/loncapa.repo).

Subject: [LON-CAPA-admin] Is it safe to update yet?
Hi all (and especially Stuart),
I saw the announcement that we shouldn't "yum update" because of a firewall issue at MSU, but I have not seen a retraction. That could be just me so I figure I'd better ask. Classes are due to start in another couple of weeks, so it would be a good idea to update our system before then, but I don't want to break LON-CAPA by updating from the wrong repo. Any word on the subject?
Thanks,
Paul
