[LON-CAPA-admin] Authentication Changes

Just add my 2-cent. I have used CAS at FSU for over 10 years and it is
fairly easy to install if you used mod_auth_cas rather than mod_cas (which
I think is not been worked on for years). Download a copy of mod_auth_cas
from jithub and follow the instructions. The loncapa configuration is in
the domain.manual.pdf though I noticed that the line (on page 50)

LoadModule mod_sentinel modules/mod_mycas.so

should be (per mod_auth_cas instruction)

LoadModule auth_cas_module modules/mod_auth_cas.so

Also, for
PerlSetVar lonOtherAuthenType MyCAS

I have
PerlSetVar lonOtherAuthenType CAS
