[LON-CAPA-admin] Accessing data from loncapa for research...

Hello,

I have a faculty member here that is interested in doing some 
statistical analysis on course (homework and test scores) data.
He has asked me some questions I just don't know the answer to.  Is this 
type of data stored in a SQL database?  Is it a single database or 
multiple ones?  Is the data encrypted?  Any help appreciated.
