[LON-CAPA-admin] Checking on a student complaint (lost grades)

Thank You...  This lets me see what I need.

So... a follow up question...  Is there any way (that any of you have 
verified) that this student could have done the work and it not be in 
the system?
My thought is not likely, but I'm willing to run down any leads.
