[LON-CAPA-admin] [lon-capa.org #80516] Missing Grades for Several Courses

Stuart:
I just logged in and I had one of my faculty members log in and we can see
all grades and student data again using MSU's access server. The faculty
member gave a huge sigh of relief to be able view the data.

As a note, we had kernel patch updates early Friday morning (2am). We're
thinking that may have something to do with this. I cannot confirm that the
servers were brought back up in the proper order. Not sure if that would
hold any bearing, but I thought it is worth mentioning...

With this information, how should we proceed to allow our access servers to
be able to read the grade data?

Thanks!

Hi,

When you say you checked a Fall 2014 course, what screens/roles are you
using when you do this? What happens if you log-in to a LON-CAPA server in
another domain, e.g., https://s10.lite.msu.edu/adm/login?domain=vcu
and attempt to display grade data in the same VCU course?
