[LON-CAPA-admin] Assignments appear differently on different dates/access nodes

Just chiming in with my experience. A while back I had something like this
happened. The students were doing their problems in a computer room. One
student did some problems but did not logged out or close the browser. The
next student used the same computer and logged in to loncapa but was
actually presented with the version for the first student. Apparently, the
cookie lonID for the first student was not overwritten by the new login.
Only by looking at the name on the loncapa page did I determine who the
page belongs to.
