[LON-CAPA-admin] Unicode BOM problem in resource filenames

Hi,

Interesting how the extra invisible character got inserted into the problem
title??  I have renamed the affected problems so that they do not contain
the character. Hopefully that helps though I suspect you may have to delete
the old problems and import the "new" problems.
