[LON-CAPA-admin] Printing problem

I was able to resolve this. It was an issue with the permissions of the /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/picins and the /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/picins/picins.sty.

We're getting an error when trying to print from LON-CAPA, here is the message:

LaTeX could not successfully parse your TeX file.
It probably has errors in it.
Here are the error messages in the LaTeX log file:
! LaTeX Error: File `picins.sty' not found.

Type X to quit or  to proceed,
or enter new name. (Default extension: sty)

Enter file name:
! Emergency stop.

                                                  [T1]{fontenc}^^M
*** (cannot \read from terminal in nonstop modes)


I found an old bug that mentioned possibly running fmtutil-sys --missing but that resulted in an error about missing syst-tex. Any help would be very appreciated.
