[LON-CAPA-admin] Update difficulties

Thanks Stuart,

Still have some problems. This is what shows up for yum repolist enabled.

2. add enabled=0 to epel.repo

Did a yum clean all, .. yum install LONCAPA-prerequisites gives the
following messages. I guess there are packages that are not needed but
somehow got install??
