[LON-CAPA-admin] One of our access servers isn't talking to hujil1

Many thanks, Stuart.  I'll write a little rsync script to replicate the huji resources sync'd across our domain until connections from curie are accepted.  I had thought about doing that, but was concerned that it might be a little presumptuous.
