[LON-CAPA-admin] PCI Compliance

Good question.  I have no idea how/why my LC server has any bearing on our finance department's ability to process tuition payments.  But that is what I was told.

And thanks to everyone for all of the suggestions.  Hopefully I can get it sorted out.
