[LON-CAPA-admin] domain coordinator cannot log in on new system

Thanks, Mark. That's a good thought!

An apparently relevant line of lonnet.log is:
Thu Aug 9 13:29:21 2012 (1417): User bsudc at bsu rejected by bsul1

I also find (in lonc.log):
Thu Aug 9 13:29:04 2012 (1621) [lon-capa-test.bsu.edu] [Thu Aug 9 13:29:03 2012: Connected to lon-capa-test.bsu.edu] INFO: Connected to lond version: 467

lond.log has:
Thu Aug 9 13:29:04 2012 (1622): Established connection: bsul1

I think these would appear to imply that there is a connection.

ps aux shows lots of lines like:
www 1571 0.0 0.3 141516 6052 ? S 13:20 0:00 lonr: Accepting connections Thu Aug 9 13:20:26 2012

And just for grins:
[root at lon-capa-test logs]# ps -ef | grep lon

I don't see anything odd in any of these. (Except for the " User bsudc at bsu rejected by bsul1" line, of course.) Otherwise, they all look a lot like the corresponding (working) production system, where I find entries like:

Thu Aug 9 12:10:59 2012 (15362): User foobar at bsu is unknown in authenticate
Thu Aug 9 13:23:47 2012 (15359): User ******** at bsu authorized by bsul1

It just seems to get more mysterious all the time.

Thanks,
Paul
