[LON-CAPA-admin] Configuring who can create users in Lon Capa

Hi,

> Can you tell me how I would configure Lon Capa so that Course Coordinators

As Domain Coordinator:

Main Menu -> Set domain configuration ->  User creation (checked) +   
Click Display.

In the "User account creation" block check "None" for the following  
radio buttons:

When adding a co-author
When adding a user to a course
When requesting a course

Click "Save Changes".
