With respect, this is a royal pain in the butt for a smaller installation (though still somewhat big) like mine,
where it is more desirable for me to take care of the cloning and creation of courses than to have other
people creating courses and screwing up.
At this point instead of just creating the course, I have to find each course that I want to clone, enter it, add the
new owner, then go create the course. I realize this doesn't seem like much, but it roughly doubles or more the
time it takes for me to set up courses for a quarter.
