[LON-CAPA-admin] LON-CAPA Version 2.9.0

Stuart,
Thanks for the information. The access server arrived today, and we
will try to put it online with 2.9 once all the paperwork is dealt
with. The number of students registered during the summer is low
enough that we don't really need it until the fall.

It sounds like there is no technical reason not to upgrade the
library server to 2.9, but one deals with political issues as well as
technical ones. I don't think we will be allowed to touch the library
server until after the deadline for submitting summer grades (5pm,
August 5th). After that, the pressure will be to get the upgrade done
ASAP.
