[LON-CAPA-admin] message about No manager table

I was browsing through the lond logs and saw this message appearing whenever
there is connection from the any of the servers in the domain.  I didn't see
this message in the old logs when 2.6.  This is running with 2.9.0 on Centos
5.5.  Is this something to be concerned about?
