[LON-CAPA-admin] Navigation Arrows leading to Navmaps Sometimes?

Hi,

I have a student complaining that when they hit the navigation arrows  
during a reading quiz, they are sometimes dropped back into the  
navigation page rather than the next resource. I cannot reproduce this.

Have other people seen this?

Is there a timeout mechanism whereby this might happen?
