[LON-CAPA-admin] meta files not found by the web server

Yes - My understanding is that these are documents uploaded into the  
course and not published. They have
no metadata associated with them.

I also have been getting these in my logs for years on the library  
servers (the httpd logs on the access servers
are much smaller actually).
