[LON-CAPA-admin] Supported distros

I also switch to Centos from fedora at fsu last year except for the 
lib server (will probably make the switch before the summer 
semester.) So far so good - no prompting of modules to be updated 
every morning! Centos has a 5 year cycle if I remember right. -hk
