[LON-CAPA-admin] Previously Awarded Points have Disappeared

Aha!  Not sure why I didn't think of that, as it is quite obvious.

In fact, there was apparently a bit of coding activity Sunday evening,
and in the process someone altered (or removed) part id's for those
problems.  In docs, checking resource versions and reverting back to the
previous version did, indeed, fix the problem.

I'll follow up with the author directly.
