Ray,

I have had a situation with one of the local high schools where 3 of 40
students would have problems with problems disappearing from their list.
It turned out that this was correlated with logging into an ohiou access
server rather than the ohiouk12 library server.

It's one of those things that I have yet to carve out the time to
investigate.
