[LON-CAPA-admin] access server joining the cluster

I've just brought up a new access server.  I
can view resourses in my own domain but not
resourses from other domains.  I'm guessing
that I have to either have the machine linked to the 
cluster by sending a note to lon-capa at lon-capa.org,
or I have to have my computer center allow access to 
the proper ports for the access server's IP address.

Any idea which one (or both) that I need to do?
