[LON-CAPA-admin] resources not updating on access servers

I've got .problem resources that were re-published on my
library server but those updates were not propagated
to my access servers.  It's been over a week.  I
ended up deleting them on the access servers to
force the update.

How do I go about troubleshooting this?
