Under the fsu domain!? It needs to stay in its own tree!

You need to have

/home/httpd/lonUsers/fsu
/home/httpd/lonUsers/fsuK12

as well as

/home/httpd/html/res/fsu
/home/httpd/html/res/fsuK12


Is that the case?
