Actually, the current plan is to be able to pick any date as
reference. So at cloning time, no shift happens, but then the
instructor will get an interface that allows to shift all dates based
on a date that he or she picks. For example, the instructor might
pick some due date on Aug 31st 2007, and say it needs to become Jan
11th 2008 - everything else would then be shifted accordingly.
