[LON-CAPA-admin] updating suse

Lars, 

On 9/13 I committed a new version of CHECKRPMS (rev 1.9) which uses zypper 
in place of rug for SuSE 10.2, to the LON-CAPA CVS repository. 

Use
wget 
http://loncapa.msu.edu/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/loncom/build/CHECKRPMS? 
rev=1.9 

to retrieve it and replace your existing version of CHECKRPMS in: 

/usr/local/loncapa/bin 

The file permissions set on CHECKRPMS should be:
 -rwxr-xr-x 

I expect that CHECKRPMS rev 1.9 will be included in the next release of 
LON-CAPA (either 2.5.2 - if one is created, otherwise in 2.6).
