[LON-CAPA-admin] Quirky login issue

My guess is that users are 
 - typing in username/password
 - clicking 'Log In'
 - getting 'Invalid password'
 * clicking the browser's Back button
 - trying again

Clicking the browser's back button would cause this error to occur,
they should click the 'log in again' link instead.
