[LON-CAPA-admin] Co-author role but without the right to publish?

Hi,

I'd like to grant a (customized) role which allows the user to access a
foreign construction space just like a co-author, but WITHOUT the right
to publish ressources. This would be helpful. I could think of other
combinations of rights which I cannot find in the custom role editor,
but this is what I'm missing most at the moment. Any chance?
