[LON-CAPA-admin] Files and folders owned by root

Hi,

while configurating and testing our new server, I found out (again) that
some folders and files are owned by root and not by www, e.g.:
/var/log/httpd/
/home/httpd/lib/perl/Apache/localize/*.pm
/home/httpd/lonTabs/lonDomColors/*.*
...

Does there exist a general rule, which folders and files MUST be owned
by root?
