[LON-CAPA-admin] home server message confusion on roles screen

Hello,

 From the discussion on the user management issues, another issue was 
brought up about a message on the home screen.  Right now, when you have 
an author/co-author role, you are told the following:

Author and Co-Author roles are not available on servers other than their 
respective home servers.

Some suggested re-wordings I created are:

1. Access to author and co-author roles only available on the home 
server of the authoring space

2. Access to co/author actions only available on the home server of the 
authoring space.

3. Author/co-author roles only selectable on the home server of the 
authoring space.

Please vote, comment, criticize, submit your own suggestion, etc..
