[LON-CAPA-admin] Issues with creating user "name at domain.de"

Hi Guy,

two questions related to that:

1. lchtmldir needs to be run from shell, right?
2. In my cvs archive lchtmldir does not come with a version number, nor 
does /home/httpd/perl/lchtmldir. How to tell whether it's 1.19 or later?
